Last updated: September 2026
Who we are
Covenant Climate Heating and Air Conditioning provides residential and light commercial HVAC services in Denton County and Collin County, Texas. You can reach us at 214-938-5449 or covenantclimatellc@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit a form on this website, that typically includes your name, your phone number and email address, your city or service address, and details about the service you’re requesting. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that contact so we can serve you properly.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and perform work, provide estimates and invoices, and follow up about service you have requested. That’s it.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us.
Who we may share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or run the business — for example with a form or email provider that delivers your message to us, or with equipment manufacturers when registering a warranty in your name. These parties may only use the information to provide that specific service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your details with the same care we’d expect for our own.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as needed to support your equipment, honour warranties, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and website data
This website may use basic cookies necessary for it to function correctly. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Just contact us at covenantclimatellc@gmail.com or call 214-938-5449.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
