HVAC Maintenance Plans
Maintenance helps with the longevity of the system
It is simply how systems reach fifteen years instead of eight.
Lower Energy Bills
A dirty coil and a clogged filter force your system to run longer for the same result. Clean equipment costs less to operate.
Fewer Breakdowns
Most summer failures give warning signs months earlier. A tune-up is where those get caught — in April, not in August.
Longer System Life
Maintained systems routinely outlast neglected ones by years. That’s thousands of dollars of replacement pushed further down the road.
What happens during a visit
Two scheduled visits a year cooling in the spring, heating in the fall with a thorough check of the whole system, not a five-minute filter swap.
- Inspect and clean the condenser and evaporator coils
- Check refrigerant charge and system pressures
- Test capacitors, contactors and electrical connections
- Clear the condensate drain line and test the safety switch
- Measure temperature split and verify airflow
- Inspect the heat exchanger and combustion on gas equipment
- Check thermostat calibration and operation
- Replace or inspect filters and report anything of concern
Maintenance FAQs
How much does a maintenance plan cost?
Pricing depends on how many systems your home has and what equipment you’re running. Give us a call at 214-938-5449 and we’ll quote you plainly no packages designed to be confusing.
When are the visits scheduled?
Spring for cooling and fall for heating ahead of each season rather than in the middle of it. We reach out to schedule so you don’t have to keep track of it.
What if you find a problem during a visit?
We tell you what we found, show you the issue, and give you a clear price to fix it. You decide whether to move forward. There is never an obligation and never a hard sell.
