Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for estimates on a new system?
No. Estimates on new system installations and replacements are completely free, and there’s never any obligation. We’ll come out, measure and evaluate your home properly, and give you a written quote you can take your time with.
Should I repair my AC or replace it?
It depends on the age of the system, the cost of the repair, and how reliable it’s been. As a general rule, if your system is over 12–15 years old and facing a major repair, replacement usually makes better financial sense. But plenty of systems have good years left — and we’ll tell you honestly which situation you’re in.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Denton County and Collin County, Texas — including Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Little Elm, Highland Village, Corinth, Argyle, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Wylie and the surrounding communities. If you’re nearby and not sure, just give us a call.
What are your hours? Do you offer after-hours service?
We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We don’t currently offer 24/7 emergency service we’d rather be upfront about that than promise something we can’t deliver. Call or send us a message and we’ll get you scheduled as quickly as we can.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Covenant Climate holds a Texas HVAC license, regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. That’s a Class A license, which covers unlimited-tonnage equipment for both residential and commercial work.
How often should my system be serviced?
Twice a year is ideal cooling in the spring and heating in the fall. Regular maintenance catches small problems before they become expensive ones, keeps your energy use down, and is required to keep most manufacturer warranties valid.
Ready for a system that just works?
Free estimates on new systems. Honest pricing, no pressure call and talk to the person who’ll actually do the job.
